Whooping Cough Vaccination

If you are pregnant please contact the Surgery to ask if you are eligible for the whooping cough vaccination. 

Telephone problems:

We are continuing to work with our telephone provider to improve services since the new system was installed in March 2016. We continue to experience poor sound quality, calls not getting through, calls being cut off and often we are unable to make outgoing calls so have to use our personal mobile phones. This is not acceptable and we are seeking legal advice on how to terminate the contract and move to a more reliable telephone system. You can help us by writing to the Practice Manager with any complaints regarding the telephone system and these complaints will be passed on to our solicitors and our telephone provider. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Brownhill patients:

All patients who have moved from Brownhill Surgery will have received a letter from West Hampshire CCG.  Unfortunately, some of these letters have incorrect telephone contact numbers.  Please see correct contact numbers below:
